Our customer refund and service credit policy (“Refund Policy”) for products and services is as follows:
No refunds, service credits or returns will be issued for reports ordered and delivered on the website where a credit decisioning score has been provided and/or the information contained in the business file has been verified.
This Refund Policy applies to orders placed online or by phone and paid using any payment method including, but not limited to, credit card, eCheck or by invoice. Details of this Refund Policy are as follows:

* Number of days following the date of service fulfillment or renewal date, as applicable, during which you may cancel your order in accordance with this Refund Policy. For products and services subject to auto-renewal, you may also cancel your renewal prior to the renewal date.
The unused portion from prior purchased products or services cannot be applied as a credit towards other Credibility.com products or services.
For all purchases without a set-up fee, you are entitled to a full refund if you request such refund within 2 days of ordering the product or service. No refund shall be provided if the refund request is made after such 2 days. For all purchases with a set-up fee, you are entitled to a full refund (including the associated set up fee) if you request a refund within 3 days of ordering the product or service. No refund shall be provided if the refund request is made after such 3 days. For orders involving products or services that auto-renew which are cancelled after the applicable cancellation threshold (and thus ineligible for a refund for the current term), the do-not-renew process for such products or services will take effect on the next renewal date for such product or service.
Should you purchase a product or service via a product bundle (“Bundle”) and request a refund for such Bundle, no refund shall be provided for the Bundle itself. Only the individual products or services that make up such Bundle may be eligible for a refund. Eligibility for the refund of such individual products or services is determined by the terms of this Refund Policy and by taking into account any discount that was applied to that individual product internally as part of the Bundle.
No cash refunds or service credits will be issued outside of this Refund Policy. The appearance of a credit card refund on your credit card account used to make a Credibility.com purchase may take 3-5 business days based on the service time of the bank that issued your credit card. Cancellation of Credibility.com invoices can take 3-5 business days. Should you cancel a product or service, the license to use such product or service shall terminate on the last day of your current product or service.
Credibility.com reserves the right to revise the Terms of Service or this Refund Policy at any time without providing notice to its users by posting the revised Terms of Service or Refund Policy on any Credibility.com website. Your continued use of the Credibility.com products or services after any changes to the Terms of Service or this Refund Policy has been posted, shall be deemed your irrevocable acceptance of those revisions.
